Alexander Pavich joined SVN Equities in November of 2006.
Prior to joining SVN Equities, Alex served as a senior advisor for Sperry Van Ness specializing in multifamily and mixed-used properties in the Southern California marketplace. Pavich has secured over $40 million in transactions.
Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, Pavich founded and co-managed ALP Consulting specializing in organizing and developing erosion management and pollution prevention for major development firms throughout Southern California.
Pavich is a candidate of the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation and is a member of the Realty Investment Association of California. He earned a Bachelor of Science from Arizona State University. In his spare time, Pavich is an active volunteer in the development community and devotes his time to educating and promoting pollution prevention and water management.
