Carl Valente
Director of Acquisitions
Carl Valente is a 20-year veteran of the real estate industry. His current responsibilities with SVN Equities are acquisitions and finding value-add opportunities in San Diego, Seattle, Boise, Albquerque, Phoenix, Kansas City, Tulsa, Oklahoma City and Indianapolis between 10 million and 50 million dollars. Prior to joining our team, Carl operated his own real estate firm, Valente Properties, specializing in Investments.
His most recent position was with Coldwell Banker Commercial as Vice President. His responsibilities included investment sales, asset management, land acquisitions, sales and leasing of industrial and retail buildings. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Commercial, Valente was an Associate with CB Richard Ellis specializing in land sales and leasing of industrial buildings.
