Kurt Holzkamp is a results-oriented business development leader with 15 years experience in full-service commercial real estate, asset management, property management, leasing, acquisitions and dispositions. In addition, extensive Wall Street experiences with an emphasis in raising and managing money.
He began working with SVN Equities in October 2003. With the help Holzkamp. Equities purchased its first asset in Denver in August 2004. In June 2005 he became one of two Managing Partners of SVN Denver. Today, SVN Equities owns and manages over 1,600,000 square feet of office and industrial properties in Denver. Holzkamp, together with Edwin Bartlett, also oversees the asset management and leasing of SVN Equities’s Denver portfolio.
