Steven Morrison
Senior Director of Acquisitions
Steven Morrison joined SVN Equities in 2005 and is responsible for property acquisitions in major markets throughout the United States.
Steven has 15 years of experience as a senior commercial real estate acquisitions director specializing in leveraged, value-added property investments. He is familiar with and has managed transactions involving commercial office, industrial, retail and apartment properties on behalf of private and institutional equity investors. In his acquisitions role, Steven is responsible for purchase transaction underwriting with emphasis on financial analysis, market analysis and risk management.
Steven was born in Toronto, Canada and immigrated to the United States in 1995.
