Jack Carroll is a principal of SVN Equities and Sperry Van Ness Asset Management and Leasing. Mr. Carroll oversees the daily operation of SVN Management (management & leasing) as well as the asset management of SVN Equities and SVN Management's commercial real estate portfolios, totaling over 8 million square feet. Investors and clients benefit from his extensive experience and knowledge of real estate and how to maximize its value.

Mr. Carroll has been involved in many aspects of asset management including acquisitions, formation of partnership vehicles, loan financing, investor relations and the strategic positioning of properties to achieve maximum asset value. He has been very successful in maintaining relationships between principals, tenants, architects, building contractors and city building and zoning officials. Mr. Carroll's hands-on approach includes personally visiting each property and interacting with the property managers and tenants to ensure quality service to our clients.

  • Has Overseen Tenant Improvement Construction Valued in Excess of $3 Million.
  • Created $15 Million of Equity through Discounted Note Purchases.
  • Saved $2.5 Million through Debt Re-negotiations with a REIT's.
  • Leased through Direction of Marketing Teams, and/or through Direct Negotiations, 2,260,000 sq. ft. of Retail, Office, Industrial and R&D Space throughout Orange County, Los Angeles County, San Diego, Inland Empire, Sacramento, Grand Rapids, Detroit Michigan, and Salt Lake City.
  • Arranged and Negotiated Approximately $47 Million of Financing with Major Lenders, such as Manufacturer's Life, Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance, National Bank of Canada, Principle, California Real Estate Investment Trust, Bank of America, Metrobank, and Fremont Investment & Loan.
